Commemorative plaque for director and actor Benjaminas Zuskinas

A commemorative plaque has been built in the place where a famous Jewish director and actor lived in 1899-1915. He worked as a director since 1936, he was a professor at the drama school and State Jewish theatre manager. He was taken into custody in 1948, and in 1952 together with other famous representatives of Jewish culture was shot dead.
