Panevėžys windmill II

In the neighboring area next to the first windmill there is a windmill of Z. Pranskūnas, which has been built 5 years earlier than the windmill of J. Biežis. The grain was being milled up to 1980 in the windmill of Z. Pranskūnas. There was an idea developed to hand the windmill over to the Local lore museum and install an exposition about nature. But after the Independence was regained, the almost reconstructed windmill has been returned to the descendants of the former owners. A restaurant operated here for some time, and currently, this building has been restored by authentic historical yearbooks, attempting to repeat all the detailing of the building‘s construction.
